Enjoy free shipping in India for all orders over INR 1000. For orders below INR 1000, a nominal shipping fee of INR 100 applies. We also provide worldwide delivery, with shipping costs calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any import duties and customs taxes in their country.

Domestic orders are delivered within 3-4 working days to main towns and city centers, and 4-5 working days to outlying areas. International orders typically take 5-14 working days, and all parcels include tracking for your convenience. International Shipping
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated by weight during checkout. Parcels are dispatched via Airmail or EMS, with tracking numbers provided. Please note that international prices exclude local taxes, and customers are responsible for customs duties. Returns on international orders are not accepted. All shipments include a tracking number emailed upon dispatch. This ensures you can monitor the status of your order throughout its journey.

Refund & Return Policy
In the rare case of product unavailability, a full refund will be processed within 30 days. Clients cancelling orders are subject to a 10% administrative fee. If we cancel an order due to stock issues or quality concerns, a full refund will be provided without deductions.

Non-defective products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are unused and returned with original packaging and labels. Customers are responsible for safe delivery of returns; we recommend using a tracked courier service. For defective items, customers may choose a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Returns after 14 days will receive a credit note valid for 30 days.
