Contact a member of our team via customisation@matsyaluxury.in to discuss your order and chosen Matsyaluxury textile. Select your desired product from our range of natural fiber bath, bed, kitchen, and table linens.
To personalize or embroider your Matsyaluxury product, kindly provide us with the required jpeg or pdf files. Please note that a digitization fee will be applicable. Once a prototype is prepared, we will send you one for approval. The initial embroidery sample is provided free of charge.
After your design is approved, your order will be sent into production. Lead times will vary based on product availability. Once ready, we will ship your products via courier. Shipping costs will be determined by weight, dimensions, and location. If you wish to have a gift-wrapping service, please inquire about it.
